How Growth Dashboard handles your data

This page explains what we store, why, and how to delete it. It covers the Phase 1 product: account, sites, audits, and optional Google connections.

Account data

When you register, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password so you can sign in. Session and security settings (such as two-factor authentication) protect your account.

Sites and audit data

When you add a site, we store the friendly name and domain you provide. Running a baseline audit fetches public pages over polite HTTP. We store audit results, findings, and the extracted page metadata needed to show your report.

Google OAuth tokens

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, we store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. We request read-only scopes (webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly) to import search and analytics metrics for your selected properties.

You can disconnect at any time; revoked tokens are marked expired.

Data deletion

Delete a site from your dashboard to remove its audits, findings, and synced metrics. Deleting your account removes your profile and all sites you added.

Effective: July 2026
